About Paw School Go

Paw School Go is provided by Paw School. For privacy questions or help, contact info@pawschoolusa.com. Your app and Paw School website use the same account.

Information used

We use your email address and sign-in credentials to authenticate your account. Account information can include your name, city, profile photo, dog names, breeds, ages, bios, training goals, training notes and progress entries, dog photos, and training videos assigned by Paw School. The app stores your session and a profile draft on your device.

How information is used

We use this information to provide your account, dog profiles, private training content, and account support. Authorized Paw School staff can access client profiles and manage training assignments. Account information and media are hosted using Supabase. Account emails are delivered using the configured email service. Hosting and email services may process technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

Privacy controls

Your assigned training videos and photos are stored in private storage. Playback uses temporary authorized links. Do not share these links or your sign-in information. The current app does not include advertising, public social posts, or in-app purchases.

Retention and deletion

Account information remains available while your account is active. In My Account, choose Delete Account and confirm with your password to permanently delete the shared app and website account, profiles, photos, and assigned videos. You may also request deletion by emailing info@pawschoolusa.com. We verify account ownership before processing an email request. Staff accounts require support assistance to avoid deleting other clients’ content. Backups and operational logs may retain information under the hosting and email providers’ retention schedules. Contact Paw School for details about these schedules or any records maintained separately from the app.
