Delete your Paw School Go account

Your app and website use the same account. Deleting it removes access to both.

Request deletion without the app

Email info@pawschoolusa.com to request account deletion. Send the request from the email address used for your account. Do not send your password. Paw School will verify account ownership before processing the request.

Delete inside the app

Open My Account → Delete Account. Enter your password, then confirm permanent deletion.

What is deleted

Your shared sign-in account, profile, dog profiles, profile and dog photos, and assigned training videos. This cannot be undone. Staff accounts require support assistance so other clients’ content is protected.

Backups and operational logs may retain information under provider retention schedules. Contact Paw School for details about records maintained separately from the app.
